Privacy Policy

We don’t collect your data. Your chats stay on your iPhone.

ELEVATE AI has no servers, no accounts, no analytics and no tracking. There’s nowhere for your data to go.

How the app works

ELEVATE AI answers your messages with Apple’s on-device AI model, which runs on your iPhone’s own chip. The app doesn’t use any cloud AI service, and it contains no networking code, so your messages are not sent to us or anyone else. It even works in Airplane Mode.

What we collect

Nothing. There’s no sign-up, no email or phone number, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs or trackers. We never see your conversations, and we never sell or share data because we don’t have any.

Your conversations

Saved only on your iPhone, encrypted with iOS Data Protection plus AES-GCM encryption. The key is kept in your iPhone’s Keychain, set to this device only.
Left out of iCloud and computer backups, so a new or restored phone starts empty.
You can delete one chat or all chats at any time in the app. You can also turn off chat history or have chats deleted automatically.
Deleting the app deletes your saved conversations.

Feedback

If you tap “Send feedback”, the app opens a draft in your own email app. Nothing is sent unless you send it, and we receive only what you choose to include in that email.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your card details. Your subscription status is checked on your iPhone through Apple.

Apple

The App Store, iOS features like dictation, and the on-device model are provided by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy. Dictation is handled by iOS, and depending on your language and iPhone, Apple may process it on its servers. Type instead if you want everything on the phone.
If you test a beta through TestFlight, Apple may share information with us under its TestFlight terms, such as crash reports and any feedback or screenshots you choose to submit.

Children

ELEVATE AI is not directed to children under 13.

If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the date above.
